Distribution Ceremony of Winter Cloth at Jamalpur Govt. School

On January 22, 2016, a non-governmental organization, Social Education Development & Research Organization (SEDRO), distributed winter clothes among helpless, ultra poor, and underprivileged people. Winter means that a little extra warmth is needed, and even if the wealthy have the ability to keep warm, the working people in the villages do not. Because nowadays everything is out of their purchasing power, and then nothing seems like a luxury to them except to buy extra cotton clothes to keep out the winter. So they have to run from one end to the other end in this extreme cold to keep their life wheels going. And children, old people, and helpless people do not suffer.

Nature is covered in thick fog. Human life is becoming unbearable due to severe winter and cold current. Meanwhile, due to severe winter, there is no end to the suffering of the laborers on the river banks and in the fields. Their daily income has gradually decreased. As a part of SEDRO's continuous efforts to eliminate the disparity between the rich and the poor, a winter clothing distribution program was successfully organized at the Jamalpur Govt. Zilla School grounds every year. The distribution of winter clothes among the underprivileged people of the area has been completed in a beautiful and orderly manner.

This step has been taken to ease their suffering and put a smile on their faces. As the chief guest at the event, which was chaired by Executive Director Khwaja Masum Billah Kausarey, Mst. Maqsuda Akhter, the head teacher of Jamalpur Government School, inaugurated the distribution of winter clothing.
