"Request for the donation of financial assistance either warm cloth to save innocent, helpless lives from cold /cold waves in this winter season"
Dear All,
We are the Govt. approved non-government, non-profitable, voluntary organization Social Education Development & Research Organization - SEDRO” established on February 10, 2008 (Registration No: DHA-08513 dated 4th February 2009). We usually work for human welfare to consider helpless human life.
During winter season, our country experienced the lowest temperature at 6.7 C in Rajshahi. You know the Northern and South western regions of Bangladesh are habitually attacked by cold wave in every year. An enormous people are living in under the poverty line who has not sufficient capacity to accommodate extreme cold and cold waves for the lack of coping capacity and well preparation. These poor are mainly homeless, older and infants, become the most affected.
Extreme cold predominantly jeopardized the lives of the poor. We learn from the newspaper/ media that many poor people died in various diseases in every year for this extreme cold. There are many well off people in our country. They can pass the winter happily with warm cloths but the poor don’t have the ability to do so.
So let us come forward to do collaboratively help those distressed people with warm cloths according to our abilities. So that, they can fight against winter.
That’s why, we earnestly request all to let us help by donating either warm clothes or money.
